We ship directly from trusted manufacturing facilities and fulfillment centers to ensure timely delivery, reduce packaging waste, and support sustainability.

Order Processing & Shipping Costs

  • Processing Time: 2–5 business days for review and packaging.
    During high-demand periods (holidays, promotions), processing may extend up to 6 business days.

  • Flat Shipping Fee: $6.99 for all orders, no matter the location.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • United States: 8–14 business days

  • Canada, UK, Australia: 10–16 business days

  • Other International Locations: 14–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to high volume or customs processing.

Track Your Order

Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Please note:

  • Tracking updates may take 1–3 business days to appear.

  • Delays in tracking updates do not mean the order is lost β€” it’s still on the way.

International Shipments & Customs

  • Shipments outside the US are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).

  • Customs duties, taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the customer.

  • JMS Building Supply, LLC is not liable for customs delays.

Changes or Cancellations

We process orders quickly. Requests for changes or cancellations must be made within 12 hours of purchase. Orders in processing cannot be modified.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Damaged Items: Contact us within 72 hours with a photo for a replacement at no extra cost.

  • Lost in Transit: If confirmed lost, we’ll send a replacement free of charge.
